Chocolate chip cookies! I think the recipe was
this one.
I made this soup for dinner tonight and it was DELICIOUS. It's Dahl Soup from this cookbook I have called What's Cooking Vegetarian by Jenny Stacey. (It's a vegetarian cookbook, but most recipes can be easily veganized, and there are a lot of good recipes in it.) I normally am not too crazy about stuff with coconut milk, but this was subtle and really, really good.
From the same cookbook, this is the Spicy Peas & Spinach. Tasty the first time around, not so good as leftovers (the split peas got dry).
My friends and I often make vegan sushi; this was some that came out really pretty when we first tried rolling it with rice on the outside. (Middles were avocado & shredded broccoli stems, carrot).
