Creamy mushroom meatballs

I feel a bit silly posting this because it's so easy, but a friend made it for a potluck and it was a real hit. If you're going to make it in the oven, increase the water to 1 1/2 cans.

1 can cream of mushroom soup (she used no-name)
1/2 can water
1 lb. fake meatballs (she used Schneiders)

Cook in slow cooker until heated through, about 2 hours on high or 4 hours on low.
