Baba Ganoush
Good Morning!
First of all, I just wanted to say how great this community is. I finally got a new crockpot and spent yesterday looking around here for ideas. I can't wait to try them out, thanks!
Secondly, I have a nice eggplant to use and was thinking of making baba ganoush. Does anyone have a tried and true recipe for the crockpot, or maybe another suggestion?
