Prayin For Love in A Lap Dance. And Paying in Naivete
Wow loooong weekend.
I'll start with Friday:
Friday instead of going to the movies with JFC people we went to Lindsay's house instead. The Noahs couldn't make it so Zach was the only guy there but I don't think he minded. We watched Scary Movie 2 and played ping pong. So it wasn't the most exciting night, but we all had fun.
Saturday:
My family and I left in the morning to go to NYC. We took the train down, checked into the hotel, and left our bags. Then we went to the Museum of Natural History and went to the planetarium. I was a little dissapointed with the shows that we saw because we didn't really see anything. The first show was about the universe, but all we did was zip past Earth, Jupiter, Saturn and some constellations and stars. We spent 20 minutes looking at stars that weren't even real. The second show we saw was a 2 minute show about the Big Bang. That theory to me, doesn't make any sense. Then we went back to the hotel and took a nap before dinner. We had reservations to a Brazilian restaurant and the food was awesome. There was a salad bar and all of the meat you can eat. Waiters would come around to your table with scewers of meat asking if you wanted any. I liked the lamb best.
Today:
We woke up and ate breakfast at a nice little deli. We checked out of the hotel and walked three miles to Chinatown. We stopped at Starbucks on the way there. When we got to Chinatown it was really crowded because they were having New Years celebrations. I also just found out that Sammi was in SoHo around the same time that we were walking through SoHo. I can't believe we didn't see her. We ate lunch at an awesome chinese restaurant and then we took the subway back to Grand Central station. Then we went home.
I also told the guy I like that I like him. It was an akward situation because he didn't really know what to say when I told him. He was very nice about it though. Some guys would think you're a total nut, but not him.
