Payroll is delayed in getting here due to "adverse weather conditions". To be fair, the checks ship from CA... but I do the payroll and this company just prints them off and takes taxes out... but yes, we won't get it until tomorrow.
We had to switch our company checking account because an old employee had taken the account # off of a payroll check and printed off checks in her name with our account number through some personalized check place. So we switched, which is stressfull enough for me, but now the bank continued cashing some of her bad checks through the new account.
We were having enough troubles getting payroll checks and approved checks to go through (some checks had been written and not yet cashed when we had to close out the old account, so I called the bank and ok'd the cashing of certain checks). A few times people couldn't cash their payroll checks, called me, and then I had to tell them to call the bank guy directly for their check to be approved. But now they're cashing more of the BAD checks that have not ever been approved!!!!!
