Forgot to mention in my last post that the other night I had pho in Dublin. It rivaled turtle tower in awesomeness. Yes Roland, I said it. Almost as good as turtle tower. And the guy working there was adorable and shook our hands when we left and wished us a happy new year. That is a bit different than the place I normally go to, where they have grumpy waiters. ha!
