Right after the police gave me sign to move again, I started my car’s engine as fast as I could and rushed my car again. And, hah, finally I got there!
But… I didn’t see Kai’s car at parking area. Did he already leave this place? I entered the café and scanned that place. Right. Kai wasn’t there anymore. He already home might be… But, why he didn’t tell me?
Hm… Might be he was angry.
Yes.
I back to the parking area and drove my car again. Man…. This wasn’t what I expected to happen tonight. In my imagination, I was saving Kai’s soul from Cerberus and then rubbing his hair and said something cool like ‘See? She’s nothing against me. HAHAHA!’. But… Now what? Damn.

I was approaching my apartment when I saw a black feature shadow in front of my door. Scary. I hope that shadow wasn’t a ghost. Not ghost. No. GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA I HOPE IT WASN’T A GHOST! For the god sake, I’ve heard some rumor about this apartment! And the scariest one was black shadow ghost who often appear in the night!
I was slowing down my walk. I tried to not make a sound and pretend that I NEVER saw that shadow.
I was sooo close from my apartment. I stopped walk as I heard sobbing voice.
“Rei…” I heard scary fellow voice. I felt my neck funny. I close my ayes and hope that voices go away ASAP!
“Reitaa….” My tummy felt very funny now. Ugh…. Go away GHOST!
“Reichan.. You’re ignoring me…” Reichan? No ghost would call me Reichan. I opened my eyes and saw someone I very know, standing on the building shadow.
The ghost was Kai.
“Kai-kun nee? Why are you standing in the shadow? You’re freak-“
I stopped talking as he hugged me. His body was trembling.
“Hey…. Take it easy kiddo, okay?” I rubbed his back hair.
He didn’t answer me and still trembling.
“Don’t cry Kaichan…” I patted his back gently. “Okay? Crying is… so… hm…. girly. Okay? Stop it now.” Man…. I DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO MAKE A MAN STOP CRYING! Those words were the best words my brain could think! So, don’t complain about those stupid words!
“Sorry.” He let go of me and wiped his tears with his hands. “ I don’t know why I could become so pussy like this. Gomen ne.”
“Okay… Let’s go inside. I’ll make you some coffee to bring back that cute (angelic-fainted-irresistible) smile to your face.” I grinned as I opened my door.
He followed me from behind and then sat himself on chair at my dining room. I made two mugs of hot coffee. I added pretty much sugar on Kai’s, because I though sad person always needs sweet thing.
“Here’s your coffee.” I handed a cow-printed mug to him. “Be careful it’s hot.” I said.
“Thanks.” He said. I didn’t drink it, he just hold it to felt the warm.
I sat on the chair in front of him, and scanned his look. He looked terribly awful. I couldn’t even recognize that person who sat down in front of me was a person who had smile that could make my heart stop beating when the first time I saw it.
“Did she hurt you so badly, Kaichan?” I started the conversation.
“Physically no, mentally yes.” He said in broken tone.
“Mentally gives much deeper scar, nee…” I said quietly
He laid down his mug.
“She ripped out my soul.” He whispered.
I reached his hand and hold it. “Be strong, okay? Leader-sama?”
He smiled faintly as I hold his hand. “Thanks, Reita.”
“You can call me Reichan when you’re smiling like that. It’s cuter.”
“Eh? Can I? You always seem angry whenever I call you Reichan.”
“I can’t angry when I see your smile.”
“Haha, that’s lame~ Make a better one if you want to impress me.”
I chuckled. Yea, I know it was lame~ “Why should I?”
“Hmm… I don’t know.” He chuckled again and he was soooo cute.
“You know what? If there somebody asks me who is the most angelic person in this world, I’ll answer, it’s you.” I mumbled unconsciously.
He froze. “What did you say?”
I sat back and felt my cheeks blushed. “I just… mumbled. No need to mind it. Well, sip your coffee Kai, or it’ll get cold.”
“Eh? Is that so? I thought I was hearing something about angel and me or something.” He was ignoring my suggestion.
“I was just mumbling random thing. I can’t even remember what I said.” I rolled my eyes.
“That’s too bad. I think it wasn’t something lame. It was beautiful.” He said as he smiled again.
“Eh? Haha. Finally my brain could work on this kind of thing.”
“Haha. I don’t know what you mean with ‘this kind of thing’, but it’s seemed funny.”
I just smirked. I didn’t know either. I didn’t know who I could somehow like this person so much. I didn’t know what kind of feeling was it.
In the next five minutes, we didn’t say a thing. We were enjoying our coffee. I hope he like my coffee.
“This is too sweet.”
Oh, he didn’t like it.
“I thought you like sweet thing.”
“But coffee supposes to be bitterly sweet.”
“Gomen ne.”
We shut our mouth again. Until he break the silence.
“May I sleepover at your house?”
I glance at him. “Sure. But let me prepare the bed, okay? I’ll sleep at couch.”
“Ouwh… sweet. You let me sleep at your bed.”
“Of course~ sad people should have proper sleep.”
“Old man should have proper sleep too. Their back is fragile and weak” He smirked
“Hahaha, it’s okay. My couch is big and fluffy, kiddo.” I laughed as rose up and rubbed his hair. “Okay, I’ll prepare the bed, now.”

When I woke up in the next morning, the first thing I saw was pair of black clean eyes that looked at me gently. Eh? Why did he stare at me? Was there something wrong in my face?
“What’s wrong with my face?” I said unclearly because I was still so sleepy.
“Nothing. I just found that you look chiyuu-kei like Ruki when you’re a sleep.”
Chiyuu-kei? From which side?
“I don’t have chiyuu-kei face.” I said as I sat then yawning. “I’m not cute like Ruki.”
He pouted cutely and said, “Why are you keep saying that you aren’t cute, Reichan? You are cute in your own way.”
I rubbed my hair, “I don’t understand your point of view Kai-kun. But, thanks.” I smiled at him and he smiled back. Ah… this is what they say sunshine-smile in the morning…
“Now, go to the bathroom and wash your face! I’ve made French toast for breakfast.” He pulled my arms and forced me to walking to the bathroom.
“Hai’, hai’…” I said lazily.
“How’s the taste?” He said, just for started our conversation I guess.
“As good as always.” I answered.
“I made it with tears on cheeks nee.”
I choked. “SERIOUSLY?”
“NO! I’M KIDDING!”
“Hoooh…. You shocked me.” I said after drink water from my cup.
“Hahaha, It’s always so easy to deceive you.”
“That’s so mean….” I pouted.
“Hahaha, gomen nasai nee Reita~” He smiled again. I knew Kai wasn’t an innocence boy anymore, but when he smiled, he just looked as pure as angel. And his innocence-ness is type of innocence that you can’t prevent your self not to bully him *smirk*. Oh you started again Reita.
“Reichan?” Kai said, his word brought me back to world.
“Ah, sorry, I just lost in my own thought.”
“Hm… okay! I’ll tell everything to you!”
“Tell me what?”
“I’ll tell you about what happened to me yesterday, I wasn’t able to tell it to you yesterday because my mental was sooooo down~ but now, I’m ready.”
“Really? If you don’t want to tell it, its okay, don’t force your self.” I said as I ate my toast.
“I’m ready. Really.” He said to convince me.
“Then, go ahead.”
“Basically, we were doing final battle yesterday. From the beginning I know we were going to break up in that time, and finally yeah, we broke up. But RIGHT before she left me, she said A LOT of things about my weakness, my band and you.”
“ME?!”
“Yeah, and that wasn’t a nice thing.”
“And just because of that you CRIED?” I asked.
“Reichan, heard something ugly from person you BELIEVE ever love you, wasn’t an easy thing. It’s not her, but her words that stabbed deep into my heart. She made me think, Am I that bad? Is it wrong to work with you guys? And also..”
He moved his eyes sight from staring at his toast to my eyes.
“Do you really love me like she said?”
I froze. I knitted my eyebrows. I dropped my toast. I went blank.
Earth felt spinning around me. I just couldn’t believe what I just heard.
“Firstly, I thought it didn’t make sense. But when I think about you, leave me, it makes my chest become terribly painful. And it made me crying.”
He could cry because of me?
Me? Suzuki Akira?
“Well, maybe it’s normal. Since we have been spending time together for such a long time and we are buddies, right?”
I tried to spoke but voice won’t come from my throat, so I just nodded.
Then he didn’t speak again. Just silence for the next minutes.
. I lose my appetite but I forced my self to bite my toast and tried to swallow it. But I couldn’t just silence! I had to do something!
Suddenly, he spoke again.
“Don’t leave me. Don’t ignore me. Just… don’t.” He said in broken tone. Then he placed his palm in his face. But I still could hear small sob coming from him.
“Kai-kun….” I rose up and walked to his direction. Then I patted his back. “ I won’t leave you or ignore you, I promise. So, don’t cry, okay?”
He faced me. Now, I could see tears are running down on his cheeks. He wiped it, but it still came over.
“Kai… I can’t stand see someone I care cry, please stop crying…” I wiped away his tears and placed my hands on his cheeks. “I won’t leave you, you hear me? I like you Kaichan, there is no way I will ignore cute kid like you.” I smiled as I said the last world.
“You are not lying, right?”
“Why would I?”
“Do you hate me because I’m being weird today?”
“I DON’T hate you. I can’t.”
“Reiiichaaaaannn~” He pulled me down and hugged me tightly. Too tight.
I just smiled, patted his back and rubbed his hair. I didn’t now what this scene mean. I seriously need to ask it to Uruha.
While he was hugging me, he asked something to me, “Are we still buddies?”
“Well…. I’m not sure about that.” I answered as I smirk evilly, let go of his hug and kiss his forehead gently.

I’ll write the epilogue about them later, of course the epilogue will include the continuing of UruhaxAoi and AoixRuki. I can’t do it this week because I have TEST to study =,=
