Dream #02 - The Aliens
Mom, my brother Andy and I were coming home from the Fourth of July fireworks. We were pulled over to the side of the road watching the last of the big fireworks, from Miller Park.
Out of the corner of my eye I saw a small glowing shape in the sky. It was blue.
Mom saw it too and when it landed on top of the car, (I believe it was the Colt), Mom got in the back seat with Andy and myself. The thing that landed on our car was about 14 inches wide, looking like a jellyfish with two long feather-like tentacles and many long thin ones. The whole creatures was glowing blue. It started to ram the top of the car.
I was trying to protect Mom and Andy, but it ripped off the top of the car and I saw that more of the jellyfish creatures were floating down. We all screamed, the sky was full of these creatures.
I hid my brother from the one on the top of the car, but as I did one of the alienÂs tenacles touched my face and I heard in my head
ÂI wonÂt hurt you.Â~
~We are in my basement at the house on Fremont street with the jellyfish when the president calls. He is overrun with aliens and needs me to come translate.~
~Mom, Andy, my current best friend Holly, the Jellyfish that had touched my face, and I are riding in the car. We are traveling through a desert.
We stop at a gas/rest stop. We get out of the car, and sit on the ground to eat lunch. My little brother sits on my lap.
We see a large snake on the ground bound by a leash. The zookeepers were having problems holding it. One girl Zookeeper poured water on it and with it's thrashing it broke loose. I told everyone not to move as it slides over my legs and AndyÂs legs. Holly is scared and when it stops by her, itÂs mouth opens, horizontallyontaly, then vertically. ItÂs mouth is made of four parts, all with lots of teeth.
Holly screams as it bites her. I bash the snakes head and grab Holly. We run into the gas station.
One of the attendants was painting her nails. I grab the fingernail polish and pour it into the wocrystallizesstalizes, so when I try to pull crystallizedstalised nailpolish it takes the flesh with it. Holly screams again as her leg starts to blacken and dry up. It floats away like ashes. I know I must stop it from spreading any farther, so I chop the rest of her leg off.~
~The jellyfish comes to me and tells me I must leave. We go to the mothership. As I look out the window the earth explodes and knocks us far away from where the earth had been, I was the only one saved and I am alone, and scared.~
Waking up, I was trembling, I refused to allow the dream to end like that, so I fell back asleep and re-wrote the dream. I have been lucid dreaming sense this dream.
The alternate ending:
~I was not the only one saved but they could only get a few people, I was the last, and the others were strangers.~
I woke up very sick to my stomach, I remember crawling to the stairs and calling out for my mom. She helped me downstairs to the bathroom. I had this dream again when I was 15.
I can STILL remember the visuals on this one. That snake was wicked!
