Reading mostly.
For my birthday my parents got me a gift card to Borders. I went Sunday? afternoon and the YA books were buy 2 get 1 free and a good selection of regular fiction was buy 1 get 1 50% off.
I've read two so far. The first was Unwind by Neal Shusterman. It is one of those books that you don't know why you pulled it from the shelf, but once you read the back cover you have to buy it. I am so glad I did. It was fantastic and disturbing and just kept you reading.
The one I just finished reading was Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr. That one I really liked as well. I adore the main character. There were a few things that bugged, but that is how it is with most books. I am now looking forward to reading the sequel.
I'm not sure which book I'll read next, as I have a backlog of movies to watch and I want to do a Buffy rewatch from the end of season 5 to the end of the series. I start doing the rewatch and then I get to "I was made to love you" and I have to stop because I know "The Body" is next, and I just can't handle that. So I stop, take a break and get distracted by other things. I have to be in the right mood to see that episode and that just hasn't happened in a long time. I can't tell you how many times I've seen the first four and a half seasons, but I have prolly only seen the last two and a half no more than a few.
I am thoroughly enjoying the Vampire Diaries series. Elena bugged me at the beginning, but tonight I started to like her. I love Bonnie and Stefan (I will always love book Stefan, but TV Stefan is pretty damn awesome). I am currently undecided about Damon. The series has been steadily improving with each episode and I can't wait for more.
