I can't tell you how happy I am that the new AI judge is Ellen DeGeneres. I'll admit, I was afraid they wouldn't find someone so endlessly entertaining as Paula but this just makes me full of smiles.
Only a day and a half of work before my nice little three day weekend at the cabin. I can't wait to just relax. I hope there will be some relaxation this year.
My birthday turned out to be quite lovely, when I got to work they had set up a surprise party. It was so sweet I cried.
I can't wait until tomorrow night either, after dreading it all summer I am oddly excited for The Vampire Diaries premiere. I just want to hug it right now.
Chris and I ended up getting turned around while hiking and I had to go up the damn esker twice. I am not in that kind of shape to be doing that kind of hiking. I must remedy that. But seriously, why would you have a an intersection with three options but all have the same trail marker? And then, why would 15 feet later you have another intersection with three options that again all have the same trail marker? There seems to be a flaw in color-coding the trails instead of giving names and stuff. I hurt for days.
