Dollar, Dollar Bills, Y'all.
It's been a few weeks since I made an entry, but not much happened the week before last. I was out of town most of the weekend, not to mention there was that Hallmark holiday, Valentine's Day, up in there, so we had a light schedule of events. However, this week we came back with a vengeance. The highlight would have to be the 5 Bahamut v2's we did on Saturday night:
Not much of this has sold yet, but all I have to say with regards to gil the LS will make off these drops can be summed up quite nicely by Kenny Powers:
Big congrats are in order for Simpson and Zecilus who obtained the Bahamut's Masks, and to Reiajeia who got the Bahamut's Staff. Once all these sellables are bought, we'll reimburse the bank for the gil we spent buying Cloud Evokers, then the rest of it will go to the participants in the event as well as to the monthly payout pool. February will be a nice month for our members.
Dynamis-Xarcabard:
The weekend ended on a sour note as we decided to attempt Dynamis Lord for the first time in many, many months ... our last kill was just about 1 year ago, in fact. Sadly, the pull fucked up and by the time DL got to us everything was in disarray and he had his way with us. However, I think we're going to be able to do DL in upcoming Xarcabards as long as we have a good mix of players present.
The disappointment was somewhat tempered by the fact that we got 2 L.Jadeshells and 1 M.Silverpiece during the run, so again we were making it rain in the zone. Sadly, AF2 was not as kind since we got 3 PUP and some other camp. Assassin's Armlets, where are youuuuuuuuu!
Einherjar:
Prior to the Dynamis Lord fail, we finally knocked out a Wing 3 win thanks to getting pretty easy mobs and the Vampyr boss. We've TP burned him down in a minute or less the last two times we've gotten him and I think it's safe to say he's the easiest boss for us. This completed Odin access for about 30 of us, so we'll be taking on our 13th Odin on Wednesday. I'm hoping for some good drops, but sadly we're due for a complete dud of a pool... I'm crossing my fingers for some good luck.
Other Stuff:
A Sea event over a week ago netted us our first Prudence Torque. Now we've finally gotten Torques from all the Jailers. We did JoL again too, but that bastard only put out a Novia Earring. Sigh >.>!
Personally, ENMs have been kind to our little static as well. We got our 3rd Hagun in the last 4 ENMs this past Friday. Along with it was a Cloud Evoker, which we'll sell to the LS and split the proceeds 3 ways. I think we'll be looking at 1.1-1.2mil each from that particular run.
Salvage was a bit stagnant since my last entry too, but we did complete Morrigan's Cuffs for Elphaba on Friday night, so progress was made despite ZR Madames giving us no 35s. D:
Additionally, I made some progress on my WAR. I got it to 66 last week, then with another party last night got it about 9k into level 67. I think that'll put me in range for some Caedarva Mire parties, which I desperately need. I've mostly been level syncing to the leypoint or West Ronfaure [S] parties, so I think my Great Axe skill is lagging behind a bit. If we get Martial Master at some point, I'll go out on DRK and skill it up some more, but otherwise I'm probably just gonna skill it up in XP like a gimp. D:
Finally, the LS did a Proto-Omega last week, so here's your updated drop Summary!
