Sooo, Friday, had a physical, thought it wasn't until the end of the month. That went and ruined waiting for the 19th-ish to weighin, but Doctor was very happy with my physical and said I am a very healthy young adult, while challanged in some areasI am still very healthy. She likes the diet and has even told me that when I reach my goal she is going to help me rest my body so that it thinks that it only wants to get back up 5 pounds instead of the 100+ told me how, makes sense but sounds torturous.
I broke my not advirtising it rule and posted it on Facebook, I'm down 12 pounds in the first two weeks. So 15 in the first month is in the bag, But not going to weigh myself till the 19th. every two weeks to a month. The ankle issue is due to fallen arches, I have been give a method to help fix it, so soon I shall be working out like a mad man again.
