Today is my fourth day without a cigarette. No patches, no nicotine replacement gum, just cold turkey. (Not that I have a problem with people that use those methods, do what you have to do.)
Last week I took a week of allowing myself to smoke, but no more than five a day, then Saturday, I didn’t smoke any past 4PM. I haven’t had one sense.
I’m pretty proud of myself considering that I dropped to where I am from smoking anywhere from a pack and a half to TWO and a half packs a day! Yep, 25-45 cigarettes a day to NOTHING!
Believe it or not, I’m really not even freaking out too bad, I was worse last week when I was smoking a bit. My biggest complaint is the feeling of forgetting something. It is bizarre, I constantly feel like I am either forgetting something, or forgetting to DO something.
So anyone that wants to send me well wishes, or chocolate *EG* feel free, just don’t be too surprised if I seem a bit edgy.
