Toots for Today

  • 20:02 Donated blood today. Yes, on purpose. Think my head feels better. Will advise. #
  • 20:02 I'm considering making all my tweets read like telegraph messages, but without that STOP and PARAGRAPH nonsense. See previous for example. #
Cluttering your friends list, thanks to LoudTwitter.

Man, if I could just download my consciousness into a new body, I would have done that a long time ago. Preferably a body without the slow metabolism and weird migraine problem. Other than that, I'm pretty OK.

The problem with perfect replication is that the other body should be identical. Aside from a random spurt of free will here and there almost all of the models seemed to be remarkably consistent in every way.

Yeah, but if I can design and manufacture bodies, then I can fix flaws before I mass-produce. I mean, while I'm dreaming I might as well dream big.

That's a whole thousand years in the future, so unless Ron Popiel gets busy, we're not going to have that technology for a while. Besides, what if part of the problem is in the anatomy of my head itself? Dropping it in a jar would just mean I'd be stuck on a shelf with the same problem I have now.
