Once More 'round
I went to Duke today to see my neurologist again.
The diagnosis? We're running out of preventative medicines. We're gonna try one more with a 20% success rate.
He's also referred me to an anasthesiologist to get a nerve block so that I'll apparently just magically stop feeling the pain in my head. And he's given me the go-ahead on looking into acupuncture (of the Chinese variety only) and, maybe, chiropractics.
I have also discovered that bright sunlight glinting off a river of chrome, steel, and glass is a vile way to end a long day of riding around with a splitting headache.
