I just got the e-mail from AFER (American Foundation for Equal Rights) alerting me to the decision by the 9th Court of Appeals decision...Prop H8 is STILL unconstitutional!!  Yep...another court has told the hate-mongers that they aren't allowed to take away the rights of others simply because they have a majority vote.  Nice, huh?  Now, I don't buy for a minute that it's all over in California.  No doubt these guys went straight to their lawyers' offices to figure out their next step in demanding that our government find a way to deny hard-working, tax-paying American citizens basic human rights, but, as I have quoted before, we must "mourn the losses because they are many, but celebrate the victories because they are few."  (Thank you, Debbie Novotony.)
