Weekly Stats on Weight

Having fallen off the wagon on saturday...  You really don't want to know how much I ate points wise, let's just leave it at that.

I have decided (with my husband's help) to run my points week from Sunday to Saturday.  This allows me to save points up and use them Friday night for D&D and Saturdays for events.

SO:
Today I checked my stats

First (past) week 4/19/7:
Weight in lb: 195.2
Body Fat %: 42.9
Water %: 41.2

This week:
Weight in lb: 194
Body Fat %: 42.8
Water %: 41.3

Change from Past Week to This Week:
Weight in lb: -1.2
Body Fat %: -0.1
Water %: +0.1

My plan for this week includes drinking a whole bunch of liquids, and I'm already improving on Weight, Body Fat, and Water.

Plan for the week:

1) Drink enough water (8 - 8 oz servings of Water of Crystal Light or some other Water Equivalent)
2) Don't go over my weekly point allowance
