Elena helped Damon to become a human but she made a deal with Elijah. Damon knew that Elena could do something stupid so he fed her with his vampire blood when he was still a vampire. Now Elena has to go to the sacrifice. Damon tries to find her and save her but he is a human and Klaus is a vampire, you see... Elena becomes a vampire and memories come back to her. She is angry with Damon, she didn't want to become a vampire. Damon gets drunk, he feels guilty and decides to kill himself. On the contrary Elena calms down and wants to apologize to him. So she comes exactly in time to save Damon.
Damon-human and Elena-vamp - weird, isn't it? :D

P.S. There is no Katherine in this vid, only Elena.
