Valencia centre back
David Navarro is reported to be available for Los Che when they face
Real Madrid in the Primera Liga this weekend despite suffering from a broken bone in his hand, according to Marca.
The 28-year-old defender is understood to have suffered a broken finger on his left hand in his sides 2-1 win away to Athletic Bilbao on Sunday night but following minor surgery on Monday the club's medical staff are confident that he can play in Sunday's game.
Navarro was scheduled to feature in an unofficial friendly for Los Che on Wednesday but it is now expected that he will not play and will instead focus on being ready for the crucial league tie at the weekend.
Unai Emery's men go into the tie against Real Madrid in third place in the Primera Liga table just three points behind Los Merengues and can go level on points with a win.
