i'm sick... and i can't move... and it sucks.
it might just be a cold, or a flu, but my roommate was diagnosed with mono on Saturday... i know it's not communicable through casual contact, but i also know that the virus that causes it is one of the most difficult to kill, and that when you have it you're supposed to use plastic cutlery or boil the silverware you use so no one'll be exposed... considering the shape of my sink, it's definitely a possibility that some of my dishes became contaminated... also, the fact that she's been coughing and sneezing all week, it's not unlikely that my room is simply strewm with her virus.
either way, it's unlikely for me to have contracted it from her. But it never hurts to be safe, so if i go to the doctor tomorrow, i'm going to ask them to test me for it, whether it's likely or not.
