quick update...
For a moment, I felt like I was in college again. After work, some of the people from work, Phil and I went next door to have a few drinks. Then we went to Dragon Light where our waitress (who knows all of us) lets us know if we "hurry up and drink our drinks we can get another round". It was after last call, but if we hurried. Ha ha ha...so we had a scorpion bowl race. Not such a good idea. I almost knocked myself out in the bathroom. Laura fell into the door, and I won't even get started with Heather. I'm glad Buddha was there to be a DD. That was a super bonus!!
Then of course, I had to wake my sorry ass up at the crack of dawn and go to work. I'm such a genius :P
I had my first Mass Mudders meeting on Thursday. It went pretty well. No major hazing...yet :P I kind of fit right in when I had to tell everyone what I drove and I mentioned my funny Jeep sticker. It was the talk of the night. So that helped. I think I'll be going on some runs with everyone soon. I can't wait. The Pig Roast is in September, so at least I have some time before that comes up. I don't think my boss is going to like that I'm taking some weekends off, but then again, I hardly ever ask for a day off...and I've now been working at the Marina for a year, so, yeah...
