due to incessant nudging from those i cherish far away, i must get over this laziness and start posting again. i will at some point talk about my trip to the states and the realizations and closure that i experienced, but i think that my brain would probably explode from any current efforts....
so i will just say that i am glad to be back home, adjusting to the time change quite nicely via nightly alcohol injections, and oh so happy to have a formidable stack of books in english! oh, and i am very proud to report that i had my first-ever movie-going experience auf deutsch - the matrix reloaded. and even happier to report that i understood over 75% of it! the dubbing was actually quite bearable, and this actually improved the situation of a certain talentless leading man. just imagine, for one moment in time, i experienced what no mere mortal has before: a keanu reeves that could act.
