It's that time again already?!?chrystallineAugust 25 2004, 01:33:51 UTC
Man, it surprises me every year when it's time for BJU to start up again; it was a lot easier to keep up with that when I was in the dorms. Best wishes to you! What did you choose for a major? I didn't see it in your entries.
Love your color scheme, too. BTW, you might not be able to reach LJ from school because of the internet filters, just so you know. Perhaps "update via email" might be an option for you. Or you could try to find a town student friend who could let you use her computer sometimes.
Let me know if you have questions, though I'll warn you a lot of things have changed in just the last couple of years (literally! it's only been two and a half years since I left Greenville...), so I might be a bit out of date;)

I met my best friends there;) In fact, just this past Saturday, I had a great IM session with three of them, one of whom I had on the phone at the same time. CA, NJ, and two different areas of SC come together at once. I miss the times we got together there. Oh, and society? It depends on your personality whether you'll enjoy it. I majored in Cinema & Video Production and minored in Interp. Speech, and most of the girls in the Cinema department thought "society" was a waste of time. Probably because we were all more "technically inclined" than the others and only really fit in with each other. Other girls in other majors seemed to like it a lot, though. Pick one with people who don't take you for granted and who talk to you, but hey, take advantage of Rush Week - get all the goodies you can (some people save their 1st buttons to pose as freshmen for several years
( ... )
