You'll never guess who I saw at the airport on Tuesday...

After passing through airport security and packing bags up and putting my shoes on, we went to the bathroom, so I waited outside with all the luggage while Nessie went first, and I was looking around, and I saw someone that looked vaguely familiar. I wasn't able to put 1 and 1 together and then Nessie came out and I went in while she watched the luggage.

After I came out of the bathroom, we walked passed this strangely familiar face in the terminal and then I recognized the eyes and the chin (since the rest of his head is usually behind a face mask with skeletons).

Evgeni Nabokov! ...just sitting there, not being hoarded by loyal Sharks fans. I guess that's the difference between hockey players in non-hockey markets and other major sports.
They seem to have more privacy than baseball, basketball, or football players.

I was SOOO tempted to just chat with him about goalie talk (being a goalie myself), but I resisted...knowing he probably wants his private life too, and doesn't want to be noticed that much.
