Review : 蝶の毒 華の鎖
I finish the game in 3 days after i got it!
So i can said it's quite to short for Aromarie's game =____=;
At first i'm quite confused when i want to installed the game, cause there are 2 part games contain (first thought "is it the trial??")
But it's different!
The first one is the main story and the other is just like the bonus story that not quite related with the main story.
The bonus story is a comedy rather than a suspend =w=; (at fist guest i though it's like Detective Conan)
Aromarie, thanks for the bonus story, BUT why that game is non voice!? i want to hear their "funny" situation >3<
The (Main) Game:
We must get all ending including the normal end to open Majima's route.
And when you got all of the chara's end, the omake story will be open as well (Fujita called it as the "true ending") :p
My recommend : you must see that omake story!!
The Story :
This game took place in around Taishou period (if i'm not mistake...sorry my japan's history is sadly). Yuriko, the heroine is a daughter from a Japans noble family.
She didn't know that the true her family is broke and have a lot of debt until the day of his birthday.
In that day and after that day, a lot and more lot of miserable came into the family.
His father killed, her mother die cause sick, his brother also die suicide, her home burn into ash, and her self.......(find it in your own way~) >w<
The Get-able Chara :
1. Shiba Junichi (斯波 純一)
The Merchant!
He's a successful trader who want to marry the heroine. He'll very persistent in getting her.
He even don't care when she do cheat on him or even poisoning him as long she become his wive (in one and another of his bad ends), that's the one and only of his happiness and propose =w= (M type!?)
The reason why he can do that, is cause when he was a little, he was nothing, he just a trash who will do anything to live.
One day he got chased by "bad man" and he hide in a bush, but the little heroine find him and ask what he's doing....he said he played hide and seek (oni gokko) so he ask her not to said any word about him.
So when the "bad man" asking her if she looked into some young man, she lie with easily and show the wrong way.
The heroin even give her white clean handkerchief to wipe his wound. After that she said to him, he must not become "the oni" (she prefer the chaser in hide and seak) (but i & Shiba personally translate it "don't be a bad man")
From there Shiba become fall in love with her and try to change his live and become a man that worthed to get her. (Sweeet~!!)
2. Mizuhito ( 瑞人 )
The Brother!
A very lazy and night person =__=;
His dream is about to be a painter, but cause he is the first son of a noble family, he perforce to leave it.
He is a playboy who seek for woman warmness every night, he don't have any worthed skill to save his family money condition. So when the father die in the day of his sister birthday, he become the next family head that must save the family (though he don't take it seriously) *what a suck personality!*
The only way he find to help the family debt is by selling his body to some rich woman a.k: sex slave *a suck point of thinking* (i think someone must teach him some manner) or selling his picture (in his good end *finally...a right way to do*)
The truth is!! he's not the heroine real brother!!
He is a son of the family maid who get rape by a duke. But the heroine father took him and said that he was his son with the maid. The reason the father said that just to make his wive jealous, cause he love her so much (what the...!? =___=)
3. Ozaki ( 尾崎 秀雄 )
The Military Man
He is the heroine childhood friend.
I can't say much about him accept he is a straight person who like birds and have a little experience with woman =w=;
Actually he already have a fiance who's more noble and rich than the heroine's family.
Ozaki's parent do the deal cause they feel insulted when the heroine's mother reject they apply to engage their son with her daughter cause the unmatched rank 's reason. (Ozaki's family is just a middle class family)
4. Fujita (藤田 均 )
The Butler
At first, he came to the family to be the heroine's piano teacher, but cause the heroine is not too interested with the lesson, that made Fujita have a lot a spare time, so he done another job as butler cause he indeed have many household skill and finally become head butler +w+
He is a English-Japan blaster (his father is a English and her mother is a Japaneses) but his father left her mother back to his county. Cause of that, when he still a little, many kids always made fun of his appearance and even the society looked him different. That's why he don't too like his own appearance.
But the Heroine family don't looked him by his looked , it made him so respect the family head (the father) and want to give all his best to devote to the family.
He also don't angry or upsad when Mizuhito take his girlfriends (the house maid) for fun.
Cause his status as butler, (at first) he don't dare to accept the heroine's feeling, but when he become her lover or husband he turn to be a very passionate person (breast suck type...what type is that!!?)
5. Majima Yoshiki ( 真島 芳樹 )
The Gardener
Many maids and lady like him cause his cool appearance, kindly voice and act (including me! >w<)
Warning! you must not be deceived by it!!
He IS the mind master of the family miserable!
He also have another "side job" as a drug dealer from Canton, China. Not just an ordinary one, he IS the big boss of it, people called his as "maiyaku no ou" (king of maiyaku) [a drug that give you a illusions side effect]
He so obsession to destroy the heroine family
Why?
Cause he IS the real brother of the heroine. But his birth is so taboo. He born from sister-brother relation (the heroine mother and her big brother). So since he was a baby, his "real" parent give him to the maid to be raise. In that term he was happy with his "adopt" family (though he don't know the true, yet!) cause they love him...until one day, the heroine father knowing his existent.
The Heroine father killed his adopt parent and little Majima. But somehow he can survive and save by his real father (the heroine uncle) and raise him until his death.
The grown up Majima try to live by him self in "dark way" and he became success, but he still not forget his revenge.
So he went to the heroine family and gain trust as a gardener, that do this and that to the family.
He also have a sweet smell from his body same like the heroine (that's proving they are sibling).
I like Majima's good end and bad end 1 (悪人= criminal)
In his good end : though he try do deny his liking to his own sister, in the end he can't resist it. He hide his "other" job and the truth from her ( i like his prologue when he said he'll erase all people who try to tell her the truth). He want to make her live happy without knowing the painful reality *sweeet~* >w<
In his bad end 1 悪人 : he brought her to china and tell her the truth of his job and their relation. They become a perfect partner in crime (i don't know if they "do" it or not).
Afterwords:
The Heroine is quite unique...her body have a sweet smell like lily (like pheromone in my opinion) .
That make a sense they made the title Chou no Doku, Hana no Kusari (Butterfly's Poison, Flower's Chain). The "butterfly" could be a poison to her, but in the other hand her smell will trapped the "butterfly" it self
I like that! the title is not meaningless =w= (good job!)
And the story is realy Aromarie rashii..."the incest side" =w=; (play Tsuki no Hikari, Taiyo no Kage if you want to know more)
Though the bad end quite (very) sadistic, but i like the illustration (specially Majima in Chinese oriental cloth) *please someone bring me a tissue, i'm nose bleeding non stop* >//w//<
