brief tv note
How sad am I that I have not been watching Dr. Who on Canadian TV, and thus missed most of the season? So very very sad.
First of all, because Captain Jack keeps a gun up his ass, and because he then used it to kill Trinny ans Susannah, an act of which all right-minded people must approve. Also because I honestly thought that Rose might have been disintegrated for real. And most of all because Christopher Eccleston is amazing in the role. Although since his "Top Gear" entry is down on the board as "Dr. Who," I can see why he's decided to give up the role after just the one season. I think it's a shame, but I can see why.
It's just that good.
