Morning ritual

Double espresso with a little hot water and cinnamon
Smoothie ( with a banana and sometimes spinach or other fruit)
stretch - being in a middle aged body really requires a lot of this in order to avoid pain.
Some kind of writing or pulling tarot, oracle card.
My mornings are slow and full of informal allowing my attention to flow toward whatever it desires.
