1.What’s the most depressing movie you’ve ever watched? Any and all Ingmar Bergman movies. Martha by Rainer Werner Fassbinder.
2. What’s the most disturbing movie you’ve ever watched? The Fog. The Turn of the Screw/The Innocents (1961). I saw snippets of The Shining and decided it's not for me.
3. An actor/actress you’ve seen in more than 8 movies? Tough one. I am going to cheat and go with Elijah Wood (The Ice Storm, North, Oliver Twist, Deep Impact, FotR, LotR, TT, Sin City, Everything is Illuminated).
4. A film you could watch on repeat for the rest of your life? *cough* Captain America: The Winter Soldier
5. What’s the very first film you remember watching? The Broken Arrow (1950)
6. A film you wish you hadn’t watched? Mulholland Drive
7. A film you wish had a sequel? They made sequels to all movies that I wanted to have a sequel to. But I want Season 3 of Sense8. ♥
8. Which book would you like to see adapted into a film? The Witch Family by Eleanor Estes. I'd love to write the script.
9. The most aesthetically pleasing movie you’ve ever watched? Other than the Winter Soldier Ang Lee's Lust... Caution. More recently, The Great Wall.
10. What’s your favourite movie director? Alfred Hitchcock
11.Your favourite movie genre? Action, fantasy & scifi, crime and spy movies. But I watch most anything besides horror.
12. A movie that holds a special place in your heart? Other than the Winter Soldier and Fellowship of the Ring Harold and Maude.
13. (is missing thus) Which is your favourite non-English language movie? Goodbye, Lenin
14. Your favourite comedy film? Ghostbusters (2016)
15. A music video you would love to see developed into a film? Mumford & Sons, The Cave (I imagine a movie about faith and freedom in a postcolonial world, and yes, I'd love to be part of the script writing ;))
16. A film everyone loves but you hate? Basically all the Star Trek Reboot films.
17. A film you love but (most) everyone else hates? The Passion of Christ by Mel Gibson
18. Which cinematic universe would you like to live in? The MCU. Our world but with superheroes. :)
19. What’s your favourite biopic? Alexander by Oliver Stone.
20. Mainstream movies or indie movies? Mainstream
21. Old movies or contemporary movies? Both are good.
22. A film with an amazing soundtrack? Black Hawk Down
