This May, a new book by JRR Tolkien is going to be published by HarperCollins:
If you are awaiting the publication as eagerly as I am, here are some fascinating and in-depth pre-speculations by Ruth Lacon. The actual Tolkien text is a 1000 line poem, written in the Beowulf style, and there are three articles included in the book "that explore the literary world of King Arthur" and "links between The Fall of Arthur and ... Middle-earth."
The German translation by Hans-Ulrich Möhring will come out at Klett-Cotta Verlag in spring of 2014.
