I really wish it had said World Traveller MAGNUM. Seriously. Because, DAMN.

I also really wish they had spelled traveler correctly.

That's beautiful- American English makes more sense than English English.

They almost didn't let me back in. Speaking French to the Customs officer in the "U.S. Citizens" lane, although amusing to me after a delirium-instating 9-hour flight, was not as much to him.

your passport is so pristine! mine's not incredibly old (04) but i swear mine didn't even look that new when it was new...

glad you had a good trip, it's nice to come home though

I must confess, I did retouch one spot in Lightroom... But yes, it's pretty pristine- I take very good care of my stuff. To the point of OCD.

....No. No I do not. M and I were gonna see about getting a few drinks at the Saucer, but that pales in comparison.

HUGE airplane.

So, I finally got my birth certificate, now I just have to wait until we get a four-day weekend here at my school so I have time to go get a passport off-post.

And then... I dunno, I'll have a passport. How long are those things good for?

Uh... like 10 years..ish? maybe 7? at least 5. Something like that.

Awesome, so time for me to actually eventually make use of it. Neat.

Apparently I'll end up getting issued one if/when I get deployed overseas, but it's a military specific passport. I figured that, with the tendency for my friends from college to end up getting jobs in Japan for some weird reason, I might as well get a passport in case I want to go hang out with them and maybe do some Tokyo Drifting or some such.
