and next thing you know.. it's back to work..

it has been a rather fun few days though
buying plants and what nots to 迎春
meeting up with my cousins, aunts, uncles
the usual lot
conversation.. is well.. usual as well
but somehow it's different when you have the whole family sitting around in the same apartment
eating, laughing, gambling etc
met up with my dear sec school friends for supper on 初一
talked till the wee hours in the morning
but it didnt feel that - the whole of singapore appeared to be up as well suppering
this CNY made me grateful for the people around me
more than usual.
not sure why.
anyways... cos it was CNY. i spent a good 3 hours polishing up my scooter!!!
cleanliness wise it's been neglected for about a month ... wanted to bring to the petrol station for a wash down but some "tao" petrol kiosk just dun wash bikes even if I pay car prices.. sheessh... discrimination
I was glad I did it on my own in the end
took a couple of pics...
the colour didnt turn out that well on the phone camera though. the orange is much brighter in real life... =/.
also didnt have time to go experiment with macro shots of the bike.. there were lots of things to do done on CNY eve
otherwise, i will show how one can see one own's teeth in the reflection. testament to how bright, shiny and smooth it is. hur hur
