Wushu classes are getting more interesting and fun...
but also tougher, which is good cos that means I get to work out at the same time.
lots of emphasis on abdominal, back and leg strength.
woosh!
doing all sorts of jumps now and stunts.
things like 旋子, flying kicks, 五龙盘打, some 五龙 thingy to spring the body from a lying down position to standing
Cant wait for the front flips... =p
