met up with Ryan at the Tampiness Bike Park to test out our mountain bike skills
the Sabah Race is round the corner and having practice sessions will be useful

saw impressive rainclouds hovering over SengKang and their slow march over to Pasir Ris / Tampiness
quite a sight
we tried to finish the circuit as fast as we could while maintaining safety

i seriously need to go buy those ridiculous tights with padded bums
if the trails are similar to those at the park (actually they should be worse)... my ass will be in a terrible shape by the end of the race
more things to buy again.zzz
