The shopping trip went without a hitch, I'm pleased to admit, and I now have all the books I'll be needing for this year. Thankfully, some of them look to be at least halfway interesting, so I figured I'd get an early start and read them. (That's also partly due to the fact that I'm bored out of my mind, but you never heard that from me.)
Broken Balls: When Fortunes Turn Foul is the better read of the Divination texts I picked up. There's a few mentions of non-Latinate magic, but nothing entirely specific. I'll have to see if my sister'll lend me a few of her notes.
I don't know if I'll be heading into London again before the school year starts, but if anyone would like to meet, I'd enjoy reuniting with some of you again. It'll keep me up to date on the other side of the wizarding world. (Trust me, Lav, I believe I'm just as lost as you are.)
What Padma told me... well, I won't even say it here in case this gets into the wrong hands and they somehow manage to read it (not that it's possible; I just don't want her angry with me for telling someone). It explains a lot, though, but my old opinion of him will stay the exact same, with a few improvements.
I don't curse often (mostly because I don't have reason enough to) but he's a slimy bastard. And I don't care what anyone says otherwise.

What is it with all this nonsense about the Fianna? It doesn't seem any different than the Aurors, or the Order, or the D.M.L.E. Just another way for the Ministry to try and scour out any mischief.

I told Padma that I didn't, but she didn't believe me, of course, and now is absolutely positively not the right time for me to involve myself with any boy right now, but he's so cute, and funny, and charming, and Gods, that accent!
