[ Sesshoumaru was doing his usual rounds of the city, mostly seeing if there were more zombies to fight, when he comes across another newcomer. Just his luck -- hopefully this one would not bother him for information he did not particularly wish to share with them. Still, he paused in his stride, turning to face the person and take in their scent, just to make sure they're not a threat. ]

[ Those ears, that skin. Guess what he thought he was? One of his light-skinned brethren, naturally. So he's not really too keen on the idea of showing his face. but it was obvious they both knew the other was standing there. He's nothing close to a threat, honestly.

He DOES want information though, but he won't ask just yet. Instead he moves out from his hiding place to expose himself. Assuming some sort of aggression. ]

[ Sesshoumaru looks him up and down, assessing him. He knows that he himself may not look a thread (being one-armed doesn't really make you look butch) but he also knows that he is extremely dangerous; he won't let appearances sway him. Still, this newcomer smells different and he doesn't like that. He's just going to stare, assessing him with cold eyes. ]

[ Well the pressure was on. Apparently this one just wanted to have a staring contest with him, he could handle that well enough. Even if that penetrating gaze could easily instill fear into the drow. Not from the other man's looks, but simply from past experiences. There was a clear feeling of danger, mistrust and caution between the two of them. Violet eyes were unwavering, and after a long, heated pause, he spoke, ]

I am Drizzt Do'Urden. It seems I was taken to this place unknowingly, I only wish to find a place to rest and dry off. [ and if he could stay there that would be awesome, too. ]

[ Sesshoumaru lifts an eyebrow, but resists a scathing retort. ]

Everything here has no price. You may take whichever home is not already in use.

[ In nothing but honest curiosity and confusion, Drizzt's own brow raises. That sounded too good to be true.]

And where are these...homes?

There are many in each area of the city. You may search for them and decide which is most agreeable.

[ It's almost like an order; when you're used to being in charge that's what happens. ]

[ He's willing to obey if it means he has a place to call home, honestly. Being ordered is better than being shunned. ]

[ Sesshoumaru nods his head and then turns to leave. He has assessed that this creature is no threat! ]

[ Well that was easy. hurrdurr. Gives that one last look at the fair-skinned elf-looking what-the-hell-ever, and promptly goes to find a place to stay. ]
