[England's standing around, holding an umbrella above his head. Not that it helps any, seeing as he's already wet. Of course...it is raining ducks, so it might offer some protection. Maybe.
In any case, he doesn't seem to notice his now drenched clothing. No, he's just

You have to meet everyone! They're all pretty awesome. Uhm. Oh! You'll need a towel. Right.
[Scratching his head and trying to figure out how to do this, what did he do before-- OH. Pulling out his wallet and handing you this booklet.]
There. Read that. And come on!
[Obviously he's planning on England reading that while walking. Obviously. Going in the direction of a store now. /o/]

It's not like I care if ducks fall on you or not, but...[Stops to think for another moment.]

[Right right, the rubber ducks. He catches one before it hits him and squeezes it. It roars. A smile and he holds it out to England. It's a rather interesting duck, with a top hat, monocle, and mustache.]

Sit. I'll get you a towel.
[Heading to the counter now.]

Naming ducks...I'm not sure what I should think about that. Probably means you've lost even more of your senses...[He shuts up when they enter the bakery, and goes off to sit in a cozy little corner.
He then takes to eying all the baked goods from afar.] They do look good, I wonder if I'll be able to have a few...

So! I've been here for like a month already. I arrived on July 1st. Russia showed up, that stupid commie bastard, but I haven't seen him for a while though. I think he's left. But! I've made friends. There's Not-Japan. His real name is Red but it reminds me too much of communists so I just call him Not-Japan. He's seriously like Kiku's twin, I swear to God. You've gotta meet him.
And then there's Cielo! I think he's Jamaican or something. He's got blue dreadlocks and he's pretty freggin' awesome. He doesn't know a lot about food though.
There are a few others too and-- OH! I have my own house with a spare bedroom, d'you wanna live with me? Though there's other free houses too, you can take the one next door even. Everything's free here.

Sounds like an interesting lot, though I thought you'd gotten over all that communist nonsense a while ago. [Sigh.] I suppose not...At least the lardy bastard isn't causing any problems.
Ah...as for living arrangements, I don't particularly mind where I stay. As long as I've got a roof over my head and a warm bed And access to the kitchen, I'm well off.

[Mmm chocolate cake, nom nom before--] That's available for the taking! But you're not touching my kitchen.

Just don't bother me all the bloody time. I would like some peace and quiet now and again, you know. Your kitchen is now under British control.
