[It seems the locals have roped Alpha into doing their bids for them. Sorta. He's been trekking around all of Vatheon and posting flyers up on the streetlamps, windows, and people's foreheads. For the locals, of course. The flyers in question read this:]

Hey you, lovely foreigner to our humble home,
would you like to get your voice HEARD?
I know you do! So listen up, on SATURDAY AUGUST 7TH there will
be tryouts for a local radio show hosted by you, the people!
Your resident DJ, Brad the Rad himself will be there to guide the process but remember,
THIS IS YOUR SHOW. YOUR VOICE. YOUR RADIO.
Tryouts will be held at the GYMNASIUM.
