[Not two seconds, maybe, but he came as quickly as he could! Armed, of course, with a small office-store worth of notebooks and carefully selected, carefully ordered pens and pencils.

M'Lady, Touka. My apologies for being late.

[ She was starting to get a bit antsy, waiting around in her room. There was no time to waste! But, then Kyousuke came in just in time, and Hime's mood was lifted again. She jumps off her bed, to go greet him.

She would've taken the notebooks from him, since they're probably heavy, but she didn't. Kyousuke needs his exercise. ]

No problem! Make yourself at home.

[Yes, yes. He knows he is just here because you two need someone to do 'boring' work. Just be glad he loves likes both of you very much.

He'll make himself quite comfortable, thank you. His notebook and pens at the ready. Ever the diligent assistant.]

Well, Touka already came up with a flyer so we need to hang those up everywhere.

Then... what we really need to do is make people excited about a mayor. The response I got to my post was... [Makes a gesture toward her SFC. ]... not that great.

Yes, people really need to understand that Hime-chan is the best mayor ever. And that when she is mayor, there will be festivals. And parties. And lots and lots of noodles. All you can eat noodles.

[Those flyers.

He will have to fix them up a little somehow. Or at least get them to include some information about Hime's campaign platform. WHICH WILL NOT BE BUILT ON NOODLE PARTIES.

Then again, he has seen the competition. Sparkly posters would beat that guy.]

Some people might feel that electing a major is a sign of giving up and resigning to staying here. We must get them to understand that by organizing ourselves and having a proper advocate, we can get home sooner.

But is that the truth? [ Hime looks distant for a moment, before plopping down on her bed, her hands behind her head. ]

I don't want to lie to them. How will a mayor help us leave sooner? How will a mayor help at all?

[ ajsfhkh the people's complaints are really getting to her. She'll bounce back in a minute, just give her a second to sulk. ]

[Touka looks worried.]

That -- that won't put Hime-chan in danger, right? We don't want to make it seem like we're organizing against them or anything. It's just -- like -- making sure everyone's okay, right? About helping the community. Hime-chan's just going to help everyone help themselves, right? Make sure everyone's happy. That's what Hime-chan does.

As long as M'Lady focuses on bringing the outsiders together, and helping them adapt to their new situation, there should not be a problem. [he hopes at least]

If we are united, we can help those that can't help themselves. Like with Touka's buddy system [Onii-chan is proud!] and it should help keep people from doing reckless things on their own.

You're right! [ Pep talk was super effective! ]

We should tell them that the mayor won't be 'in charge' of them or anything. It's just so we can help each other out, and the like. It won't be a very powerful position.

[girlpowertouka]

That's right! It's just about helping each other out!

Okay! So now we have to start thinking about, like, campaign stuff. Like...speeches and parties and...and......

[This thinking up stuff is hard now.]

Onii-chan? What else?

We should probably figure out how many other candidates there are going to be, and how serious they will be.

[Adjusts his glasses, so serious]

M'Lady should have no problem beating this America guy, at least.

There's two so far; America and some guy name Eyes Rutherford. I don't think I've met him yet, so I'm not sure about the competition. He was nominated by some other guy, so I don't know about his seriousness either.

[ Laughs. ] America won't know what hit him!

Rutherford? Scary per--er--- person?

[Don't say 'scary pervert guy' in front of Onii-chan! She may not like the guy, but she certainly doesn't want Onii-chan to kill him!]

He didn't seem like the type of person who would be into running for public office.

And that's right! Hime-chan is totally going to win! We will destroy America!
