[A distinguished looking elderly gentleman stands at attention... even though he is quite confused as to what has befallen him. He is far from unaccustomed to strange occurrences, but even he is at a loss this time. He runs a hand through his hair, before beginning to

... I presume you're searching for one Rachel Alucard?
[ Irritated sigh. Naoya puts his coffee down with a clink... the last thing he wanted to do was attract Rachel, but bah. It's her butler, not her, right? He'll... distract her. HE HOPES. Right? I mean, if she has her butler, maybe she'll stop like... teleporting into his HOUSE. ... Naoya's 'sixth' sense is, of course, wholly from age, but he can tell just by this man's looks something about him (much like Rachel herself) is quite... different. A demon? ... No, something else... ah, not like it mattered, he seemed fairly placid, though those were always the ones to look out for... ]
Luckily for you, you haven't far to search, with this city being as closed off from the outside world as it is. You'll find dry clothes nearby; people always arrived soaked. At this point, the locals have just started keeping towels in their various shops, anyway.

Do you know the whereabouts of Madam Rachel? If so, I must humbly request that you tell me where she might be found... but I would also ask that you not act so familiar with my Master. I do not know the nature of your relationship to Madam Rachel, but you are unworthy of being in her presence, much less stating her name with such familiarity.

... My, my. Am I supposed to be afraid, or, perhaps, you think I care what your opinion on lineages is, or myself?
[ Hah. No, no, he isn't going to be told what to do, sorry. ] Last I checked, she was bothering Noel Vermillion, another from your world--quite a few of them here, actually, including her little pet dog, Ragna the Bloodedge.
Though, knowing her tastes, I'm sure she's taken up residence in the Vita apartments. I wouldn't surprise me in the least.

[He lets out a sigh, and decides not to pursue the topic any further. There's really not point... for now.]
So Miss Vermillion and that unsavory kid are here too... how distasteful. I doubt this was Madam's intention when she distorted causality to break the loop of time... but perhaps an unintended consequence.

[ Naoya doesn't... ALWAYS actively pick fights. Sure, he could, but he's really not in the mood. ]
... Rachel would have to be a fool to do something like that. The machinations would be far too vast for anyone to process, be they human or not. Either way, the mechanics of your world aren't likely in play here at the moment, as I'm sure you may already be well aware. It's impossible to leave this place. ... As of now, at least.
[ So Rachel was keeping something THIS interesting from him? Oh, he's definitely going to poke into her business now. ]

[Well, this young man doesn't seem too familiar with Madam Rachel, after all, so there is no reason not to be polite.]
Our world is indeed... quite different from others, I would imagine. But impossible? Perhaps improbable, but if there is a way I am certain Madam will be capable of finding it. Breaking through the boundaries of possibility is nothing new to the head of the Alucard family.

... I see. Hah... so there is more to her world. How interesting.
[ A light chuckle. ... Now he's just mostly thinking to himself. ]
... I suppose an expansive knowledge of the workings of reality would be needed for her to distort it to travel to begin with. That alone should have told me she was far more capable of such a task. And yet... that barrier still blocks even her travel, and on such an advanced level? This place is nothing if not an unexpected variable in the equation... no, in any equation.

I am glad you find this so interesting. Unfortunately, I am not liberty to tell you anything more without my Mistress's permission. When dealing with information on the confidential inner workings of worlds, some things are best kept close to the chest, wouldn't you agree?
