From where you are in Vatheon, you might see or hear some fireworks. They're not the big scary kind, but rather the ones that fizz and pop while making the most colourful displays of light. They don't come in quick succession, like there's just one person trying to do these fireworks one after the other. Follow the sights and the sounds, and you'll eventually arrive at the lake.
There's a small fire burning there, and beside it is a slight figure crouched, sparking up the next firework. Before it sets off, you might just hear a giggle.
