It was a rare thing for Selphie to allow herself a moment to relax when there was so much going on in the city. But she's done the tireless fighting, and she's healed and helped so often that she needed healing and helping herself. Relaxing? It is, in a way. But more than that, Selphie needs a place to sort her head out.
Everyone was leaving her. She wasn't the only one, she knew that. Of course the disappearances affected everyone. But those she considered the most important, the most dear to her, most of them were gone now. She has friends here, she does, and she's more than pleased. But she's frightened now of spending too much time with anyone - the chance that they might just disappear seems far stronger now than it ever had.
Selphie's in the lake. Swimming. In just a tshirt over a bright yellow bikini, Selphie is moving over the surface of the lake on her back with her eyes closed. She's happy to feel like an island, at least for a little while, thinking while she keeps herself alone. Really, she'd love someone to disturb that peace, to laugh with her or just...give her a hug.
