[Role reversal? She lifted her head at her name. Brows furrowed.]
...do I know you? [Her voice was hoarse from nearly drowning.]

"Celes! You're back, you're alright! Are you? Celes..." As soon as she was close enough, Gracia knelt down and offered the woman some support. It didn't even cross her mind that perhaps Celes might not have remembered their past friendship in Vatheon...

She took the help, surprising herself as she leaned against this strange girl.

"I don't believe we've met." Brows furrowed a moment. It wouldn't be a shock if she was known...if this was still her world. "...I'm sorry for what I have done. You can leave me here."

For a brief moment, sadness lingered on Gracia's expression. She took a moment to compose herself, to remind her heart that this was only temporary. Eventually, they would rebuild what Vatheon destroyed with its magic. Gracia smiled after she chased away her thoughts, aiming to get Celes somewhere to sit down properly, so she could tend to any injuries.

"We were friends before you left and returned. I'm Gracia." She manages to genuinely laugh. "And I would never leave you, Celes! Even if this place made you forget, we're still friends. That's an unbreakable promise!"
