Coming to slowly, there really was nothing but darkness. It was unsettling, but Charlotte felt it wasn't fully worthy of some freak out moment. If anything, there was just a touch of nostalgia before the weight of the situation began to settle in. Quite literally. She found herself shrouded and completely covered by her cloak, and it was feeling a might bit heavier than usual, that's for sure.
Pushing off the wet cloak, the girl found herself not shrinking away from the light but staring up at the incandescent glow from the moon. If it weren't for that, she would have thought she was having that nostalgia for a very good reason. Charlotte almost thought she was somehow sucked back into the Abyss again. Although at this rate, it might have been a better choice. That way she would know what exactly to make of the situation.
Standing now, the crimson cloak stayed huddled on the ground. Instincts began to kick in and she found herself looking about to take in the scene. There was this little annoyance, quietly fluttering around her. Pink glow. Swatting at the little nuisance, she took a step forward to gauge any danger. But there was none, just the eerie feeling coming from that collection of what looked to be coral in the distance.
"Underwater..." That thoughtful deduction from the girl before looking down to her soaked cloak and-well, hello. There was something else there. Draping the crimson fabric over her arm and scooping up the strange star-shaped device Charlotte had one thing in mind.
"These clothes are all ruined. Let me see what I could do to fix all of this."
