[There is a man sitting on a bench besides the fountain.]
[You may not notice him at first. He looks relatively ordinary, dressed in a loose white shirt and dark pants. He just blankly stares out at the city, hands clasped in front of him, his face expressionless.]
[He's not a local, that's for sure- the bright yellow fairy and tattoo on his right foot show that he isn't. Yet he seems completely at home here, as if falling into places underneath the ocean was an everyday experience.]
...This place is flawed. So are the people.
[He leans back on the bench.] Just like back there...
[And he lapses into silence once again. Talk to him? He won't bite. After all, Jacob loves you.]
