Lots of people were leaving. Thus, lots of people were hurting. Lea knew how they felt. He

[He's also totally soaking wet, but he doesn't really seem to care. After examining this message, he moves on to the next one and stops in front of it, as if these things were pieces of art hung up in a really fancy art gallery or something.]
[Obviously, he needs to be bothered.]

Lea seems to have forgotten something, because he comes skating back on his A-T and screeches to a stop in front of the last piece and starts to shake his paint can... only to pause. Oh, hey, person. From his pocket, an Eevee peeks out.]
You're new, right?
['Cuz, soaking wet and all...]

Yes, I am. [A pause.] And I am where, exactly?

[Okay, finish graffiti, or get towel...]
Hold on- [He races off, and comes back a few minutes later with a towel. Where did he get a towel? Stole it. Kind of. Is it theft if everything's free?] Here you go.

[He says the word like he's trying it out. Upon arrival of the towel, he takes it, benevolent smile widening as he dabs himself with it.]
Thank you, Lea. That's very helpful of you.

[Lea smiles back before he turns back to start fixing up his graffiti.]
Anyway, this is another world, and it kind of has this bad habit of... [Wait. He trails off before looking back at the guy.] I never said my name.

[He just keeps dabbing himself with the towel, not saying anything to the fact that he suddenly knows Lea's name out of nowhere. Hey, he's enigmatic like that.]

Is you not going to answer questions going to be a thing? I just want a little warning ahead of time and all.

[He puts the towel over one shoulder and clasps his hands in front of him, nothing but calmness in his eyes.]
I'm sorry if I surprised you. I just though you'd be fine with some familiarity, that's all.

[For just a few seconds longer, he stares some more before he finishes off his picture.]
There... Anyway, however you did that, or if someone told you 'bout it, does that mean you know what's going on with this place? I'm just trying to figure out what I should tell you about this place and what I guess you already know.

This place is underneath the ocean. Many people come here from different worlds and many people leave here by no consequence of their own. There are curses which effect people every now and then. There seems to be something odd about the coral in the middle of the plaza...
[And then staring back at Lea again.] And that is all I know so far.

[Making sure not to get near the graffiti, Lea leans back against the wall and takes Arden out of his pocket. The Pokemon seems really interested in sniffing in Jacob's direction, tail wagging.]
For some of the more practical stuff... Everything is free here in Vatheon. The only thing that's otherwise is the Nostalgia Nook, which takes in items from all different worlds and sells them. If you want to get a house, or apartment, you talk to Brad at Housing. Oh, right, and you should have two things on you.
[He shows his SFC and the tattoo he has.]
Tattoo gets you the free stuff. And the SFC is for communicating with everyone else.

This world seems very efficient. And a local god? Sounds about right.
[He muses whether Lamufao is like him, just hiding somewhere out of sight, controlling everything...he draws his hand back and cocks his head, slightly.]
I understand about the tattoo...but what is this SFC?

[Lea smiles a bit more, and Arden certainly seems happy as he gives a small yip. Anyone who gets along with animals is good in Lea's book.]
It's short for StarFish Communicator. It's like a phone and a computer all in one. There's a network in Vatheon we use a lot, and it helps keep people up to date. You can do text, video, or audio messages.

[A pause.] I...don't use technology that often, I'm afraid. But I guess I'll have to make do in this place.

[Using his own SFC, he starts demonstrating some of its features, explaining what button does what, et cetera. Because the mun is too lazy and also who knows.]
