*Okay so Fuuka had a rough month. She got turned into a human icicle then slept for weeks. Her body was sore and she needed some comfort. And what could comfort a girl's heart at times like these

[ ajksldkfg Yukari hasn't seen you since the Tanabata festival-- ]

Gosh, you're awake! I was pretty worried about you, you know. [ Why have all her friends been falling asleep lately, ugh. ] What's up? Looking for some sweets?

Yukari-chan ... *A sheepish grin.* Sorry for causing trouble.

Um yeah! I was feeling bit down from the long nap so I thought I should go get some sweets. Why don't you join me?

[ Awww yes, free sweets?! ]

Oh, sure! Mmmm, I'm...I'm still watching my weight though...

[ She looks a little sheepish as well, though she can't resist the call of sweets. Everything in the shop just looks so good, from what she can see through the window... ]

I will be sure to tell you if you're eating too much.

*Fuuka can't help but give a little giggle. Although she supposed she had the same fear.*

If you promise to do the same for me.

[ ...she chuckles then, hearing that, and turns away from the window to look at her. ]

...All right. It's a deal.

[ And after waiting for a brief moment, just so that it doesn't seem like she's rushing--

She leads the way inside. ]

*And inside is what you expect - cuteness and frilly things all around.

Fuuka stands near the counter, not yet sure what to pick. Blueberry cake looked pretty good ... But so did that strawberry shortcake. That kiwi custard tart. Choices.*

Everything looks good - ... What did you choose Yukari-chan?

Mmmmmm...

[ It all smells so good...! She takes a whiff once she gets inside, already feeling her stomach grumbling. She's not thinking about her weight anymore, and she walks over to the cakes when she sees them in the display--all sorts of colors and flavors. ]

That strawberry shortcake is looking pretty good to me right now. [ S-she looks away though, trying to control herself. ] Y-y'know. Maybe just...one slice....

[ And maaaaaybe one to take home for later....maybe... ]

Go for it Yukari-chan. I mean, it should be fine as long as it's a slice.

*Yukari always did love things with pink and red - perhaps it applied to food too? Fuuka herself settles for the kiwi custard and lemon tea. The shop owner smiles kindly before readying the tray of sweet for the girl.*

Besides, with all these things we have to go through, I think we can give ourselves a little reward.

Yeah. I guess you have a point there...

[ So she'll smile as the shopkeeper prepares her tray, too. One slice, which she can eat here with Fuuka, and she's still mauling it over whether she'll want more for later.

...would their other dorm mates want some, too?

She smiles. It's been a while since she's been able to do this. ]

Hey, what you got looks pretty good, too. We have pretty good taste, don't you think?

Yeah, definitely. I might not be a good cook, but I think we have good eyes for things on the menu. *Fuuka looks over at the cream puffs, wondering out loud*

Do you think the people at the dorm would like something? I would feel bad if I didn't bring something after treating myself.

*A uncertain look - then again she didn't know everybody's tastes that well.*

H-hmm? Oh!

[ She's a bit startled, wondering if Fuuka had read her mind or something, but she waves it off like it's nothing. She takes her slice of cake and looks for a place for them to sit down. ]

Sure. I was just thinking that, actually. Plenty of people are living with us, so I'm sure somebody would be interested...

Let's pick something out after we're done. [ c: ]

Sounds like a plan.

*She'll just have offer the option when they're picking. She wonders if Koromaru can eat this sweet stuff too without getting sick ..?

The tray comes out while she's pondering this. One tray for each of them. She takes up her tray and looks around the cake shop.*

That table by the window looks pretty nice right Yukari-chan?

It looks perfect.

[ She nods, already walking over towards the table in question as she says so, careful not to drop her own tray. She takes her seat quickly, also considering their options on what to bring back, though she knows at least Minato is not a picky eater.

Neither is Koromaru, though things like chocolate would be dangerous for him...

Smart or not, he is still very much a dog. ]

So what do you think Koromaru would like?

*Fuuka sits down the chair opposite of Yukari and starts eating the custard little by little.* I don't think he can eat these sweets. It would make him sick ...

*A serious pondering look as she glances over at the menu again.*

Maybe a sandwich?

[She starts eating as well, and nods in agreement. Fuuka may not be a great cook, but she is good at research, and Yukari's not surprised she would come to the same realization.]

Yeah, that'd be perfect--something with meat, you know?

He'd like that, I think. I'm sure we can find something.

I think they sell some here, it's ask on our way out.

Oh. *A little pause as she thinks of Aigis.* I wonder what Aigis would like for a treat ... She doesn't eat food, so it's rather hard to say what would be good.

*Maybe gasoline?*
