[Floating along the sidewalk from the opposite direction, this ghostly princess nearly passes the other by before something very striking about her elder makes her stop in her tracks. It's not every day you come across someone donning the same symbols that you wear (and on the same pink dress, no less!).]

Pardon the odd question, but... You wouldn't happen to go by the name of Zelda, would you?

[ A spirit? Here? Well, she has seen and been odder things --

wait a moment. That ghost looks rather...familiar. ]

...I do...

[ A beat. ]

Are...you the other Zelda Minda and Link were talking about?

[She folds her arms across her chest, completely unable to hide her amused grin.] Which Link?

[ The princess' eyes widen. ]

There's more than one Link here now, too?

Two, as far as I know. There's a very obvious age difference between them, however. Kind of like us!

Obvious age differences...?

[ There is some disappointment there. It is unlikely, then, that this Link is the one she knows, either. ]

Do you know what times they come from? I have met one, but he is near my age, and from a time I have never heard of in history, or think could happen in my future.

It's possible that you haven't heard of him because his heroics were never recorded. I know he's from my past by several centuries, but I'd never heard of him until I met him here.

The other is around my age, but I wasn't able to procure when he was from during our first conversation. The only clue I have is that his outfit is the same one that the royal guards wear at the palace. It's different from the Hero of Light's-- er, the older Link that you've met.

It is possible...

[ She frowns a little in thought. ]

I shall have to seek out this Link and meet him.

[ But where are her manners? Her expression softens again, and she smiles. ]

Though I am plenty happy to get to meet you, Princess Zelda.

I feel the same way; it's so exciting to be able to meet those from the distant past and future like this! But, please, just Zelda is fine. We might be family, and it would be strange for family to address each other by their titles, right?

That is, if you don't mind, of course.

I do not mind a bit. In fact, I would prefer just to use our names.

Would you walk with me, Zelda? I would stop here, but I would like to get this pair home and in soil before they start to wilt.

[she nods happily, falling in step (in... float?) with the elder princess]

I wonder what point in time you're from, then?

I do not know if you will have heard of it. The Link I met, the Hero of Light... he knew nothing of it.

[ She frowns even as she thinks of that. ]

The time I came from, an Evil King called Ganondorf had entered the Sacred Realm, and laid hands on the Triforce. The Triforce broke, but the Triforce of Power remained under his control.

[ She is much more open with Zelda than she would be with any of the others she has met. ]

For seven years, he held sway over Hyrule, until the Hero of Time awoke to lead the Sages.

[This account does not have an icon that can properly express the amount of surprise Zelda is feeling right now. She is positively dumbstruck.]

You... You knew the Hero of Time?

...yes, I did. Quite well, considering the circumstances.

[Completely missing that somber expression, yep.]

That's incredible! He's but a legend in my time...

[ Sad smile. ]

A legend he should be. He was an amazing man.
