[ After something of a long and arduous Curse week for both of them, Monday could not have come soon enough. Ryoji had, during the week, at some point, told N that he would like to talk to him once it was over and they were both back to their usual selves. True to his word, of course, Ryoji gave N a call on his SFC Monday morning, asking him if he would mind coming over to the Volo dorms that morning, and then from there they could probably decide what they wanted to do.
Admittedly, Ryoji wasn't one to tell his secrets to others so easily, but N had been in the situation of being one of the creatures from his world: a Shadow. Ryoji, himself, was a Shadow, though he was not like any of the others, of course. He had this human form, and he was very lucky and gifted to be able to speak in it, he realized. He was grateful that Minato had given this to him. He always would be.
...As such, he'd decided, he would tell N as much as he wished to know. About him, about their world, about Shadows... about what he himself was.
Granted, he was worried, that it might frighten N to know, but... hopefully, after having experienced being a 'monster' himself (Ryoji did not ever really view Shadows as monsters, of course; others, however, were a different story), he would understand that he wasn't defined by what he was, but rather, who he chose to be.
That in mind, he waited. The dorms were empty at the moment--Yukari, Junpei, Minato and the others were all out and about, doing something, and this was one of the few times Ryoji hadn't accompanied his best friend out on whatever he was doing. He wanted to stay here, to talk to N, instead. He was sure there was plenty they could both learn from one another, after all. ]
