[When Kanaya finds someone wet, near the coral, and alarmed, she always assumes that the person is a newcomer. It's been accurate every time so far.

Two people, together, chatting and happy? These seem more like people who were goofing off near one of the fountains and fell in. She won't admit it, but Kanaya went back into the fountain more than once her first day in Vatheon. The thought of taking a dip in one seems perfectly reasonable.

Nonetheless, she has a towel available! So she'll offer it to whomever is standing closer to her.]

And yes, ordinarily I have a towel with me. It isn't a problem to carry, and I tend to find newcomers by the fountains and plaza.

I was wet when I arrived... but I also came to in one of the fountains, so I just assumed that was why, at first.

At least not without acquiring more information about this place, yes. I've heard references to the powers of the coral that are suspicious, but I don't know how a coral could be sentient.
