To the best of my abilities, I would be happy to. It is a measure set into place for the safety of all of our residents here--it is no longer safe in Vatheon after dark.

You are correct. It is no longer safe--and though I cannot say what, exactly, now assails our fair city...I wish to protect those who live here.
